Our product BOBOSAN in action “Give birth humanly”
As a consequence of cooperation with our Partner and Client company Nowy
Styl there was created a chair for giving birth in sitting position,
which participated in action “Give birth humanly”.
Labor chair has been projected by designers from Nowy Styl Group in
cooperation with specialists – accoucheurs from ¯aczka Hospital in Puck.
For its production has been used eco-leather BOBOSAN produced by Sanwil.
Antiseptic properties of material and also lack of harmful compounds
guarantee safety for mother’s and child’s health. Concerning its
destination, material has been tested and achieved a sign “safe for
babies” accepted by notified in sphere of Directives of European
Community – ITTD “Tricotextil” in Lodz, also it has certificate issued
by PZH.
10 chairs made of eco-leather BOBOSAN produced by Nowy Styl were
delivered to 8 medical representatives as awards for prizewinners of
edition of the last year’s action “Give birth humanly”.
Eco-leather TORREADOR achieved price in competition MEBLE PLUS – PRODUCT
2008
Material TORREADOR received a price in category “upholstery materials”
in fifth edition of prestigious competition “Meble Plus – Product of a
Year”.
TORREADOR is a fabric of series of coagulated materials with pull-up
effect.
This is a leather of the highest quality, soft and pleasant to touch.
Its structure reminds curred genius leather. It is caused by used in its
production method pull-up, which causes to changes of colour of leather
on folds. Taking into account original design and colours, Torreador is
used for upholstery of soft furniture such, as armchairs, sofas and
coaches.
80 companies participated in competition, they represented over 180
fabrics. Fabrics were presented in 12 categories. Contest “Meble Plus –
Fabric of a Year” is a promotion of furniture, accessories,
semi-finished products, finishing equipments, upholstery materials and
chemistry for furniture industry present on Polish market. Evaluating
represented fabrics editorial judges concentrated attention on variety
of design and usage, quality of execution, correlation between price and
quality, conformity with obligatory norms and also innovations.
Certificates for new material BOBOSAN
SANWIL S.A. has received two certificates for its new fabric with
commercial name BOBOSAN: Hygienic Certificate of National Institute of
Hygiene and Certificate “Safe for Babies” issued by Certification
Institute TRICOTEXTIL.
Tests conducted by Institute of Cotton Chemical Research Laboratory,
Laboratory of Ecological Tests for Textile and Work Environment and also
National Hygienic Institute tests confirm that BOBOSAN meets the most
strict European norms in range of safety and hygiene and that it can be
used as upholstery material for rehabilitation and medical equipment.
BOBOSAN is a material, that is a composition of PU/PVC/PES, it is safe,
saved from harmful for health compounds which can be evolved by
phthalate. Lack of harmful ties and antiseptic properties guarantee
safety for mother’s and child’s health. Thanks to these properties
BOBOSAN is used in program “Give birth humanly” by Nowy Styl Group – one
of the leading companies - producers of chairs on Polish market – for
production of labor chair.
